All items are shipped via First Class Mail. Shipping charges include insurance on item(s) in case of loss or damage.
Repairs, Exchanges and Returns
We know you love your handcrafted jewelry and will be happy to repair it for you. If you happen to lose an earring a mate replacement is 1/2 the original cost of the pair.
Leather restringing is $10, and the replacement square beads are $20.00. If you need a new button clasp closure, $5.00. Everything else is based on the individual piece of jewelry.
Once we take a look we will contact you with a repair quote.
If you would like to return or exchange an item we will be happy to work with you, please return item in the original condition and unworn within 21 days of ship date.
Do not send jewelry in padded envelopes to avoid damage during shipping. Custom order pieces are NON-Returnable.
